- Direct Escort to Treatment Rooms – Where possible, clients will be taken straight to the treatment area to avoid waiting room congestion.
- Socially Distanced Waiting Areas – Seating arrangements will be adjusted to maintain safe distancing.
- Cashless Payments Preferred – We kindly ask clients to use card or contactless payment methods whenever possible.
Client Responsibilities
To help us maintain a safe environment, we kindly ask all clients to follow these guidelines:
- Arrive on Time – Please arrive promptly for your appointment to support social distancing measures.
- Avoid Early Arrivals – This will prevent unnecessary contact with other clients who may be leaving the clinic.
- Attend Alone & Travel Light – Please come unaccompanied and bring only essential items to minimise contact risk.
- Limited Toilet Access – Our facilities will be available only for emergencies.
- Face Masks Required – All clients must wear a face mask while inside the clinic.
- Reschedule if Unwell – If you have a fever, feel unwell, or someone in your household is self-isolating, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
