Payments
- After a consultation, a personalised quotation will be provided based on the client’s specific treatment requirements.
- Once a quote is accepted, an invoice will be issued. Payment is required either upon completion of the service or by the deadline stated on the invoice.
- Late payments will incur a 5% annual interest charge on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the Bank of England base rate.
- Unless otherwise agreed, all payments must be made in GBP (£).
Appointments
We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time for their appointments, preferably at least 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time.
Cancellation Policy
- Any agreements made following a consultation can be cancelled. However, if additional actions have been taken beyond the initial consultation, cancellation fees may apply.
- Clients must cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges.
- Reign Clinic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at any time and for any reason.
Warranty & Liability
In accordance with consumer rights, you have the right to request corrections or compensation if a service is not delivered as agreed.
Neither Reign Clinic nor its clients shall be held liable for failure to fulfil an agreement due to unforeseen external circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (fires, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes)
- Severe weather conditions
- Terrorist attacks or security threats
- Power outages or technological failures
